Much of the liberal mainstream media is now in a complete meltdown because a rodeo clown wore a mask of President Obama and “disrespected” him during a show at the Missouri State Fair. Try as I might, there is no way to exaggerate how unhinged much of the media – and all the Democrat politicians in the area – have become over this one incident.RELATED: Dem. Guest Tells Fox: NAACP ‘Jumped the Shark’ on Rodeo Clown
Was it childish and in bad taste? Sure. Are there one million things much more pressing and threatening for the media and the Democrats to be concerned about? Commonsense and the American people would say “yes.” Craven partisan politics says “let’s pile on to accumulate brownie-points with the far-left Intelligentsia.”
Hence, the calculated but selective meltdowns.
For instance, in the movie “Colombiana,” we are treated to a scene which takes place in the office of a weasel-like official from the U.S Government. Behind him is a large and glowing picture of President Obama. Suddenly, a would-be assassin’s bullet screams into the office, misses the weasel, and slams into a photo.
Not the glowing and commanding photo of President Obama of course, but rather a photo of George W. Bush with the weasel.
Transparent, sophomoric, and a unnecessary distraction from the plot, but oh, how the makers of this failed movie must have slapped themselves on the back with that deliberate insult to Bush while awaiting the accolades from the liberal-elites on the coasts.
After the movie came out, I don’t remember anyone from the mainstream media rushing to the defense of George W. Bush and demanding an apology from or a boycott of, Sony Pictures.
Maybe I don’t have a firm grasp of infantile insults, but surely an assassin’s bullet shattering a photo of George W. Bush (hint, hint) is worse than a rodeo clown wearing a mask of Barack Obama running from a bull while someone shouts “This bull’s gonna get ya, Obama. He’s gonna get ya.”
Apparently not. While all those responsible for “Colombiana” paid no price for their insult of Bush, the poor – in every sense of the word – rodeo clown has been banned for life by the Missouri State Fair. Banned for life with the real possibility of having his only livihood taken from him forever.
Beyond that, the president of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association resigned under massive pressure because he served as the announcer during the rodeo clown’s “inappropriate, disrespectful, and embarrassing” performance.
You would think the rodeo clown potentially losing his career and the president of the association resigning would satisfy the bloodlust of the far-left. Not even close. Many also want to strip the State Fair of its tax money, while demanding full-scale investigations.

That was then. On Monday, Attorney General Eric Holder, a liberal in a hurry, ordered all U.S. attorneys to simply stop charging nonviolent, non-gang-related drug defendants with crimes that, while fitting the offense, carry mandatory sentences. Find some lesser, non-triggering charge. How might you do that? Withhold evidence — for example, the amount of dope involved.RELATED: Obama’s unconstitutional steps worse than Nixon’s
In other words, evade the law, by deceiving the court if necessary. “If the companies that I represent in federal criminal cases” did that, said former deputy attorney general George Terwilliger, “they could be charged with a felony.”
But such niceties must not stand in the way of an administration’s agenda. Indeed, the very next day, it was revealed that the administration had unilaterally waived Obamacare’s cap on a patient’s annual out-of-pocket expenses — a one-year exemption for selected health insurers that is nowhere permitted in the law. It was simply decreed by an obscure Labor Department regulation.
Which followed a presidentially directed 70-plus percent subsidy for the insurance premiums paid by congressmen and their personal staffs — under a law that denies subsidies for anyone that well-off.
Which came just a month after the administration’s equally lawless suspension of one of the cornerstones of Obamacare: the employer mandate.
Which followed hundreds of Obamacare waivers granted by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to selected businesses, unions and other well-lobbied, very special interests.
Nor is this kind of rule-by-decree restricted to health care. In 2012, the immigration service was ordered to cease proceedings against young illegal immigrants brought here as children. Congress had refused to pass such a law (the DREAM Act) just 18 months earlier. Obama himself had repeatedly said that the Constitution forbade him from enacting it without Congress. But with the fast approach of an election that could hinge on the Hispanic vote, Obama did exactly that. Unilaterally.
The point is not what you think about the merits of the DREAM Act. Or of mandatory drug sentences. Or of subsidizing health care premiums for $175,000-a-year members of Congress. Or even whether you think governors should be allowed to weaken the work requirements for welfare recipients — an authority the administration granted last year in clear violation of section 407 of the landmark Clinton-Gingrich welfare reform of 1996.
The point is whether a president, charged with faithfully executing the laws that Congress enacts, may create, ignore, suspend and/or amend the law at will. Presidents are arguably permitted to refuse to enforce laws they consider unconstitutional (the basis for so many of George W. Bush’s so-called signing statements). But presidents are forbidden from doing so for reasons of mere policy — the reason for every Obama violation listed above.
Such gross executive usurpation disdains the Constitution. It mocks the separation of powers. And most consequentially, it introduces a fatal instability into law itself. If the law is not what is plainly written, but is whatever the president and his agents decide, what’s left of the law?

Black WWE Wrestler Darren Young Says He's Homosexual, Becomes Another Tool For The Godless, White Liberal Agenda
Homosexuality, an immoral choice made by Godless deviants to engage in sexual behavior with individuals of the same sex, has been encouraged and stamped with approval by white, social liberals hellbent on destroying Christianity and all the tenets that come with it. With that said, black Americans with nothing better to do than follow white, liberals into the depths of moral turpitude, are consistently engaging in behavior that goes against God's will. Like Darren Young, a black, pro wrestling star who announced to celebrity website TMZ that he engages in sex with other men and thus, is being lauded by the Godless, white, mainstream press all in the hope of spreading the plague of homosexuality and continue to normalize it throughout the black community. No word yet on, like fellow tool Jason Collins, if Young will receive a phone call from President Obama congratulating him on being an "open homosexual" or if like Collins, Young will grace the cover of the next issue of Sports Illustrated:
When a TMZ reporter approached World Wrestling Entertainment star Darren Young to ask whether a gay wrestler could ever be successful within the organization, he did not expect to get the answer he did.
“Absolutely,” Young said with a chuckle while retrieving his bags at Los Angeles Airport. “Look at me. I’m a WWE Superstar and, to be honest with you, I’ll tell you right now, I’m gay, and I’m happy. Very happy.”
The TMZ cameraman was audibly stunned, telling Young he had no idea the wrestler was gay. Young replied that his sexuality shouldn’t really matter.
“I guess if you want to call it ‘coming out,’ I really don’t know what to say it is,” he explained. “I’m just letting you know that I’m happy who I am. I’m comfortable with myself and I’m happy to be living the dream.”
He continued: “Some people might not like it. Some people will like it. I’m here to please myself. I’m here to be happy. I’m hoping to make a difference. It’s very important to me to make people understand that someone’s sexual preference shouldn’t really matter. It should be about the person.”
In a statement, the WWE told the Huffington Post they are “proud” of Young for coming out as homosexual in an aggressively masculine sport:
“WWE is proud of Darren Young for being open about his sexuality, and we will continue to support him as a WWE Superstar. Today, in fact, Darren will be participating in one of our Be A Star anti-bullying rallies in Los Angeles to teach children how to create positive environments for everyone regardless of age, race, religion or sexual orientation.”

The woman asks a great question and Newt punts the football:
During the question and answer session at Wednesday’s 2013 Republican National Committee Summer Meeting, an African-American woman stood up and asked RNC Chairman Reince Priebus and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich what the Republican Party was doing to connect with her community. “I live in a world that’s different from most of the people that’s in this RNC,” the woman said, “and it’s like we don’t exist.”RELATED: What GOP must do to court Black voters
“I mean, everybody’s talking about Hispanics,” the woman continued, “but African-Americans built this country, and continue to be ignored by everybody. And since we’re no longer the largest minority, we get pushed to the bottom.” She said she saw “America’s future” in the Egyptian and Iranian revolutions, where the young and unemployed are rising up against their leaders.
“Are you really listening to the people who are being pushed down, who are being disenfranchised, who don’t have a pot to whatever in and a window to throw it out of?” she asked the two men. “Because I don’t hear their voices resonating, not in this party, but I don’t hear them in the Democratic Party either. I hear the Democrats saying to us, let us lead you to stay where you are. What we have to do is offer them some hope to be better than they are.”
Gingrich handled the answer himself, leaving Priebus mostly silent on the issue. “I would just suggest to you,” Gingrich told the woman, “we ought to be in the business of liberating every African-American, every Asian-American, every Latino-American small business man or woman.”
He praised the RNC chairman for doing “the best job of any chairman I have ever seen by reaching out, and if he can drive this into the states–if those of you who are chairmen and executive directors can pick up of the rhythm of what he’s trying to do in reaching out to every American of every background, we will be in dramatically better shape by the fall of 2014.”
White Liberals Continue To Lie About 'Global Warming' Despite 2012 Data Confirming Earth In Cooling Trend
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration recently released its “State of the Climate in 2012” report, which states that “worldwide, 2012 was among the 10 warmest years on record.” But the report “fails to mention was one of the coolest of the decade, and thus confirms the cooling trend,” according to an analysis by climate blogger Pierre Gosselin.RELATED: The Great Burning: How Wildfires Are Threatening the West
“To no one’s surprise, the report gives the reader the impression that warming is galloping ahead out of control,” writes Gosselin. “But their data shows just the opposite.”
Although the NOAA report noted that in 2012, “the Arctic continues to warm” with “sea ice reaching record lows,” it also stated that the Antarctica sea ice “reached a record high of 7.51 million square miles” on Sept. 26, 2012.
And the latest figures for this year show that there’s been a slowdown of melting in the Arctic this summer as well, with temperatures at the North Pole well below normal for this time of year. Meteorologist Joe Bastardi calls it “the coldest ever recorded.”
The Associated Press had to retract a photo it released on July 27 with the caption, “The shallow meltwater lake is occurring due to an unusually warm period.”
“In fact, the water accumulates in this way every summer,” AP admitted in a note to editors, adding that the photo was doubly misleading because “the camera used by the North Pole Environment Observatory has drifted hundreds of miles from its original position, which was a few dozen miles from the pole.”
NOAA also reported that the “average lower strastospheric temperature, about six to ten miles above the Earth’s surface, for 2012 was record or near-record cold, depending on the dataset” even while the concentrations of greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide, continued to increase.
"Even with all this data manipulation, the trend is down as shown by this Hadley global plot," writes Joseph D'Aleo, former director of meteorology at The Weather Channel.
"Last year was the 8th warmest but 7th coldest since 1998. They explain it away with the predominance of La Ninas or a solar blip, but say it was the warmest decade nonetheless, so stop questioning us," he said.

Far-right, conservative pundits like Michelle Malkin, who reacted with unmasked glee upon hearing the George Zimmerman verdict, should be aware of a recent incident involving Baltimore Orioles star outfielder Adam Jones who took to Twitter after Sunday's 10-2 win in San Francisco to complain about a fan tossing a banana onto the field. While at first there was no record of the racist incident, Giants fan, Alexander Poulides, 42, would later admit to throwing the banana near Jones out of disgust over his team's loss.
While the Jones incident is nowhere near as unfortunate and tragic as the Trayvon Martin case was, conservatives like Malkin, who have long given up on the black vote, do the entire movement a disservice by pretending that racism no longer exists:
A day after posting a tweet saying a banana was thrown toward him during Sunday’s in San Francisco, Orioles center fielder Adam Jones tried to move on from the incident.
In the bottom of the ninth inning of the Orioles' 10-2 win over the Giants at AT&T Park, Jones said a banana was on the ground in center field near him. Witnesses said Jones calmly picked up the banana and laid it over the center field fence.
Monday, Jones wouldn’t specifically say he thought the act was racially motivated — there have been incidents at sporting events where bananas were thrown at black athletes on the field, which is considered a racist act, particularly in European — but he said there was no place in the game for it.
“I’m one of the nicest guys out there,” Jones said as the Orioles prepared to play the Arizona Diamondbacks. “I get an attitude here and there, but [throwing items on the field are] just actions that don’t ever need to happen in . It’s unfortunate that things happen like that, but it ain’t gonna stop me, myself and the Orioles. We have games to win. It’s mid-August. I’ve got a bigger concern on my head than someone’s ignorance or act of whatever.”RELATED: Malkin Rips ‘Department Of Social Justice’ Head Holder For ‘Pandering’ To Trayvon Martin Supporters
Jones said he worried about it more as a player safety issue. Earlier this year, a can was thrown toward left fielder Nate McLouth during a game in Toronto.
“I personally don’t have no hard feelings about it. It’s just an unfortunate thing that happened,” Jones said. “You never know what kind of things can be thrown at a player. Our backs are turned. You never know what can be thrown in our direction. I just look at it as a safety issue. When my back is turned, I don’t know what is going on there, so we just look at it as a liability. Whatever certain object it was, I could care less.”
Asked whether Jones had ever been subjected to such an act before, Jones quickly said, “I’m from San Diego, man. You don’t see that kind of stuff.”

Finally, a prominent nation is taking on the homosexual agenda and rejecting it outright. A number of African nations have done the same, but third-world countries are not newsworthy to mainstream media. Although recently, the President of Senegal (West Africa), Mackey Sall, was reported as rebuffing Barack Obama's haughty insistence that Senegalese embrace homosexuality.RELATED: Rebuking Vladimir Putin in Public Will Not Solve Obama's Problems
The irony is stunning that a Communist nation would understand that preserving the value of men and women marrying and producing children makes for demographic survival, while many American Christian leaders cower in the shadows, in fear of activist homosexuals and their leftist supporters.
For any but the most rabidly liberal, the decision of Russian lawmakers is about as sensible as it gets. Adults can choose to act in whatever manner the culture in which they live allows. And a rotted culture allows many abominable behaviors. Children, on the other hand, are at the mercy of adults around them. They are mentally, physically, and emotionally unable to protect themselves.
The Russian law calls for protecting children (minors) from the indoctrination of adults who would use them for their own ends. It states that fines will be imposed on any who propagandize non-traditional sexual relations among minors through dissemination of information that encourages such relations. Additionally, acts of encouraging a distorted perception of equivalence between traditional and non-traditional sexual behavior is banned. The anti-God types, of course, are screaming "discrimination" and "anti-gay," their clarion call to gin up support and sympathy, but the Russians are having none of it. Thank God.
Everybody knows that part of the homosexual agenda in America, and every country in the world where the practice is pushed, is to indoctrinate the young to the lifestyle. If not to encourage the behavior as normal and to turn a few to practicing the lifestyle, at least to shape liberal perceptions of homosexuality in those young people when they become adults.
Liberal control of the American education system has seen to it that indoctrination to homosexual behavior runs from pre-school through university experience. Especially is this indoctrination aimed at young blacks, because blacks, on the whole (steeped in Christian teachings), are least likely to embrace the homosexual agenda. The deliberate destruction of the black family by the liberal left is part of the effort to change this thinking.
Another interesting development in events of late is the display of sheer hypocrisy by Barack Obama. He appeared on the Jay Leno Show and castigated the Russians for their stance on homosexuality. The architect of much of America's current moral decline insisted that he would not tolerate any country that does not give homosexuals the rights that he deems they should have. He even went so far as to refuse a meeting with Russia's Vladimir Putin (can we say "small minded"?).
Is anybody holding his breath to hear Obama call out the vast majority of Muslim nations, who adhere to Islam, on their stance on homosexuality? We all know that Obama is found of Muslims and Islam (not so much Christians and Judeo-Christianity), so it is unlikely anybody expects equal treatment from him.
Russia and other nations that will not cave to the homosexual agenda and rightfully protect their citizens from its influences, are not known for executing homosexuals. Muslim nations do execute them, and I am certain that Obama is aware of it.
One black minister, Bill Owens of the Coalition of African American Pastors (CAAP), in the group's newsletter, commented on the homosexual activists' response to Russia's decision. And by extension, on Obama's response.
"Friend, this response from the homosexual community is absurd. Since when does America have the right to force its immorality, depravity, and sin on another nation? We are currently witnessing the free fall of our nation. Over the past five years, we've moved from a super power position to a nation that is perceived to be weak and contemptible." (Bold emphasis in the original statement.)I say "cheers" to the Russians on this one. That nation will probably outlive America.
