Former Clinton Aide Lanny Davis Calls Rachel Maddow “Sanctimonious And Intolerant”

Apparently the Clinton claws are out for Rachel Maddow. Yesterday, on the syndicated radio show ‘America’s Morning News’ Lanny Davis, longtime supporter, and former White House counsel to President Bill Clinton, called Maddow “sanctimonious and intolerant” and part of the Dem’s “Tea Party side.” This in response to Clinton’s remarks the other day pushing back at Maddow’s criticism from last March when she called Clinton the “best Republican president the country has ever produced.” From Davis:


“But she’s sanctimonious and intolerant of anyone who disagrees with her. So, if it’s Bill Clinton, she calls him a Republican because he doesn’t meet Rachel Maddow’s test. So, the worst element of our party are people who call themselves liberal who are actually illiberal because they are intolerant of anyone who disagrees with them.”

Gotta love a little liberal-on-liberal violence. And hey, a gay, white liberal exposed as an intolerant hypocrite...SHOCKER!
