Real leadership, something sorely missing in this country.Former President George W. Bush said Wednesday that he has no regrets about waterboarding Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, saying that, if presented with the same opportunity, he’d “do it again.”
Bush made the comments in reference to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the accused mastermind of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks who was waterboarded after his capture, during a speech to the Economics Club of Grand Rapids in Michigan. The remarks were first reported by the Grand Rapids Press.
“Yeah, we waterboarded Khalid Sheikh Mohammed,” Bush said. “I'd do it again to save lives.”

There are several pieces of this short piece that you should be aware of.
ReplyDeleteThe first is that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, is the 'ACCUSED' mastermind of the 9/11 attacks. He has yet to be given a proper trial and convicted of a crime. Such is something for which the foundation of the great and blessed American judiciary system is based upon. Secondly, I am interested to see how quickly you would admit to having gay sex with your father when waterboarded multiple times. Considering the fact that when tested upon CIA operatives, waterboarding has elicited a response within 14 seconds, my guess is that you would last 5.
Blind faith in partisan beliefs are the downfall of our country. Think for yourself, please and understand that "liberal terrorism" might actually not be as destructive as you may think. Liberals do not believe that Obama is forever right in what he says, for many times he is wrong.

ReplyDeleteYou're right never been waterboarded, but here's what I do know: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lKZqqSI9-s
Now take your sympathy for terrorists who'd slit your throat without a seconds thought elsewhere.
