Obama To Speak On Gay "Rights"....AGAIN This Weekend, Still Silent On Killing Of Derrion Albert

This weekend, President Obama will become the first president in history to leave the White House to attend an awards ceremony and fundraiser held by a homosexual activist group.

Obama is slated to speak to members of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Saturday evening at the Washington Convention Center, where the group will hand out the first-ever Edward M. Kennedy National Leadership Award in honor of the late liberal senator’s support for the gay agenda.

“We are honored to share this night with President Obama, who has called upon our nation to embrace LGBT (lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgendered) people as brothers and sisters,” HRC President Joe Solomonese said in a statement.

During his campaign to become President and now almost a year into his presidency, Barack Obama has made it clear that gay "rights" are much more of his concern than the needs of Blacks. Indeed, this weekend's speech is one of a handful Barry's made to a gay group since he became the Liar-in-Chief. This despite overwhelming support from liberal Blacks for Obama during last year's presidential election, as well as the mostly, white gay activist crowd having the nerve to complain recently that Obama hasn't done enough for them (despite plenty of evidence to the contrary).

Meanwhile, some two weeks after 16yo honor student Derrion Albert was beaten to death in a gang melee captured on video in Chicago, Obama's hometown no less--Obama and his administration have said little, other than for a call for "a national conversation on values to address youth violence". In other words, more talk, no action on the rising epidemic of youth violence that's taking the lives of our nation's youth, esp. minorites. This year alone 47 youngsters have been killed in Chicago, mostly by guns, since Barack Obama became president--an estimated 100,000 kids from Chi-town take part in gangs.

Inner-city families in Chicago and around the country thought they'd see some semblance of change when they helped to elect the first, Black president (despite his inexperience, despite his clear allegiance to the white, liberal agenda during his 4 years as senator, etc.), but so far Obama's only concern for Blacks has come when a personal friend and Harvard professor got into racial profiling incident with an idiot cop. Thus, while our nation's youth continue to suffer, Obama's off to talk to the gays--no doubt they know where our President's priorities are.
