Joe Biden: Doofus - Part 4
Only "5% of the Taliban" are "incorrigible", while "70%" are just in it for money. Whew! That's a relief. I feel so much better about this new, "more moderate" Taliban now. Somewhere Jimmy Carter is smiling, just loving this new administration.
