Nazi-Feminist Gloria Steinem Attacks Sarah Palin

Another reminder from the Gospel of Nazi-Feminists and its leader
Gloria Steinem to all women on the planet Earth: if you support the sanctity of human life you are not a real woman:
This isn't the first time a boss has picked an unqualified woman just because she agrees with him and opposes everything most other women want and need. Feminism has never been about getting a job for one woman. It's about making life more fair for women everywhere. It's not about a piece of the existing pie; there are too many of us for that. It's about baking a new pie.

Selecting Sarah Palin, who was touted all summer by Rush Limbaugh, is no way to attract most women, including die-hard Clinton supporters. Palin shares nothing but a chromosome with Clinton. Her down-home, divisive and deceptive speech did nothing to cosmeticize a Republican convention that has more than twice as many male delegates as female, a presidential candidate who is owned and operated by the right wing and a platform that opposes pretty much everything Clinton's candidacy stood for -- and that Barack Obama's still does. To vote in protest for McCain/Palin would be like saying, "Somebody stole my shoes, so I'll amputate my legs."
Ah, tired, old liberal fear mongering at its best. Of course, any idiot with a brain knows that a reversal of Roe vs. Wade would not make abortion illegal, it would only turn it back to the states for them to decide its course (of course, liberals only love state rights when it fits their Anti-Christian, immoral agenda). But the other FACTS liberals fail to mention when discussing Roe v. Wade is that even if a President McCain were given the OPPORTUNITY to select a conservative judge for SCOTUS (after a current member died or resigned), what do you think his/her chances would be of getting pass a Democratic-controlled Congress? Conservatives recall what liberals did to Robert Bork and chances are more likely than not that Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of the do-nothing Dems will still be controlling Congress regardless of who wins the presidency this November.

Ok, ok, let's go back to how liberals love to exploit Roe vs. Wade.....so somehow, someway, a President McCain gets a conservative judge on SCOTUS, there would STILL have to be a case presented to SCOTUS that's strong enough to challenge the constitutionality of Roe v. Wade. But that's only AFTER that case makes it through ALL the levels of the judicial system. THEN that case would have to be approved by SCOTUS for them to even hear it (remember SCOTUS turns down like 2/3rds of the cases brought before them). Consider that in the 35 years since Roe vs. Wade was passed its gone unchallenged and there isn't any sign on the horizon that it will be soon. Therefore, by attacking Sarah Palin, Gloria Steinem shows us again that she is nothing but a rich, narcissistic, white, liberal elitist whose gotten by exploiting women's fears and the fact that she can't even acknowledge the significance of a woman possibly being Vice-President just shows once again why her and her minions are scum.

Jailed Democrat Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick To Resign

Following in the miserable tradition of Ray Nagin, William Jeferrson, Willie Herenton, Sharpe James and Marion Barry, another black Democrat mayor of a big city has been brought down in utter disgrace:
Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was bounced from office Thursday in a deal with prosecutors that will send him to jail and put an end to the sex scandal that embarrassed this chronically struggling city and preoccupied its government for months.

The 38-year-old "Hip-Hop Mayor" who brought energy and excitement to City Hall when he took office in 2002 pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice and will get four months behind bars.

The Democrat also will pay the city $1 million in restitution, lose his license to practice law, and cannot run for any elected office for five years. His resignation will take effect in two weeks.

Kilpatrick was charged earlier this year with perjury and other offenses for denying he and his chief of staff had an affair. The scandal broke wide open in January with the release of a trove of lusty text messages between the two of them that appeared to contradict the mayor.

"I lied under oath," the beefy former college lineman said in court Thursday. His wife, Carlita, watched from the second row, occasionally closing her eyes.

Why does the black liberal community continue to turn a blind eye to sleazy, corrupt, arrogant, incompetent leaders who happen to be black? Because results be damned as long as the leader looks like one of them. Indeed, we're learning the same thing with Barack Obama, a man who rarely speaks on issues negatively effecting the black community, yet is still being supported by over 90% of the black voting electorate. When will they ever learn?

Sarah Palin's Historic Speech At The RNC

Sarah Palin more than nailed it last night, sticking it to The Messiah and the fear mongerers on the Left while confidently and eloquently vouching on why she's more than qualified to be Vice-President of the United States. My personal favorite part of the speech was when she slapped down Harry Reid and his "do-nothing Senate". Most of her tremendous speech is below, feel free to share your thoughts:

Newt Gingrich Takes Down MSNBC And Their Liberal Bias

Damn and I don't even like Newt, but is there anything better than "I don't know of a single thing Obama's done except talk and write"?:

These are the kind of on-point rebuttals the conservative leadership needs in responding to the Sarah Palin fearmongering by the Left. Indeed, by going after Sarah Plain's children, the lunatic wing has shown once again that it has no shame. But we don't need to go there. We don't need to be like them because we aren't them. Instead, we need to focus on Obama's startling lack of experience, the fact that he will raise taxes, that Obama has no experience on foreign policy, that he will elect liberal judges to prominent positions on the courts, the liberals love for big government and their extreme distaste for Christianity and family values. That's why I thought Fred Thompson gave a great speech tonight, while Joe Lieberman and the president were only so-so. Perhaps too, after seeing him giving MSNBC an ass-whupping, maybe we need more of Newt Gingrich.

Why Are Liberals In Fear Of Sarah Palin?

Really, if Sarah Palin was such a
bad pick for VP, if she's so inept, inexperienced and unvetted, than why aren't liberals elated at their prospects of Barack Obama winning the presidency now? Maybe it's because they're really kind of scared:
Democrats will launch one patronizing strike after another on Sarah Palin in the coming weeks, but make no mistake: Liberals are—and should be—terrified of the GOP veep pick, William Kristol writes in the Weekly Standard. Palin is “a compelling and mold-breaking example for lots of Americans,” with hard-core conservative values and a gripping story that could win the election for John McCain—if his campaign lets her be herself.

“McCain's choice of Palin was McCain being McCain,” Kristol writes. “Now his campaign will have to let Palin be Palin.” Sure, old gaffes will be unearthed, and some Democrats are already predicting a bloodbath at the debate with Joe Biden, but “Sarah Barracuda” can handle it. “The left senses this,” writes Kristol, “which is why they want to discredit her quickly.”
Never have I seen or heard such a collectively ignorant and repugnant show towards a Vice-President pick. Indeed, the scum in the leftwing blogosphere are even going after 17yo Bristol Palin, after they spread rumors that Sarah Palin's 5th child was actually borne by her daughter. The smearing of Palin's daughter continues despite Barack Obama himself releasing a statement that politician's family members are "off limits" regarding political debate. But they don't care what BO says, it's all about preserving their immoral agenda at any costs. After all, they weren't prepared at all for Sarah Palin, a better (i.e. "safer", "easier to pick on", "clearer paper trail") choice in their view would've been Mitt Romney or Joe Lieberman as a staunch conservative like Palin represents everything they are against. Any wonder why the idea that one day she could be a "heartbeat" away from the presidency has the lunatic wing literally shaking in their boots?
