Most celebrities are definitely liberal and not afraid to tell us about it. However, on occasion, a conservative actor will step up and take a stance that makes makes sense and disavows liberal extremists. Such was the case recently when Jon Voight appeared on the "O'Reilly Factor".

Conservative of the Week: Lauren Nelson

Age: 20
Birthplace: Lawton, Oklahoma
Claim To Fame: Miss America 2007
Why She's Person of the Week: For helping the Suffolk County, New York Computer Crimes Unit catch four sexual predators prowling online this week in search of underage victims.
Nelson, the reigning Miss America, and the cops put together a fake profile and uploaded her own photos as a teen. After she went online, Nelson was approached by the men to have sex. She then lured them to a house rigged with cameras where they were greeted by "America's Most Wanted" host John Walsh. Seven more men, who did not show up at the house, but engaged in sexually explicit chatter with Nelson, surrendered this past Wednesday. The "AMW" with Nelson will air this Sunday.
Nelson, whose platform issue is Internet safety for children, said she was eager to participate in the sting and draw attention to the dangers of the Internet. "As many as we caught on that day, there are a lot more out there," she said. "It's nice to know that they were chatting with police officers and me rather than a 14- or 15-year-old girl."

Rosie O'Donnell Will Leave "The View"

Yeah, I'm happy she's gone, but Sister Toldjah makes for a pretty interesting point:
If it does turn out to be true that she’s leaving the show, I’ll probably be one of the few who will miss her being on there. Not because I like her, but because in my opinion Rosie is the face of today’s left, what with her various conspiracy theories about 9-11, thinking BushCo. is out to steal everyone’s rights, believing that the US is the bigger terrorist than Al Qaeda … these are things so many on the left believe - and even though it’s something we see on the Nutroot blogs often, rarely do we get such a candid everyday view of how far left Democrats have gone that we get with Rosie O. Sure, we can see Harry Reid and others on CSPAN, but - sadly - people don’t pay as much attention to politicians as they do celebrities, and the more celebrity moonbats like Rosie O. speak out, the more people can judge for themselves how wacked out the left has become.

Sheryl Crow Quote of the Day!

"We're just so happy that people are talking about global warming, even if it's brought on by a joke."
- singer and "ecoactivist" Sheryl Crow in reference to her public suggestion a few days ago to limit the amount of squares of toilet paper people can use per bathroom visit.

Google Slams Global Warming Down My Throat

No Liberal Media? Yeah, right. It's bad enough that I'm exposed to this liberal crap on a daily basis . . . but can't I search the internet without having it crammed down my throat?!?
