The Swiss branch of the environment group Greenpeace is recruiting hundreds of volunteers to pose naked on a glacier to draw attention to global warming. The group has commissioned photographer Spencer Tunick to take the photographs next month.
The campaign is aimed at drawing attention to melting Alpine glaciers.
Volunteers are being promised that they will not be naked for very long. Tunick is known for his photos of people in the nude, with his latest taken just last month in Amsterdam, where some 2,000 volunteers stripped down for the shoot.
