Joe Lieberman Must Stay A Democrat

If it's true that Senator Joe Lieberman is really mulling running as an independent in the upcoming Connecticut primaries than he deserves to lose. And so does any Democrat who caves in to the vitriolic rantings of the far Left. Despite their claims, they do not stand for the principles that this party was built on, They are a wart amongst themselves, a detriment to this party and the reason we have had 2 Democratic presidents in the last 35 years. If Lieberman caves, he'll not only be setting a horrible precedent, but he'll prove his true calling to be that of a coward.

Drag Queen Beaten In NYC; Suspects Charged With "Hate Crime"

Don't be surprised if the Left has a field day with this one, exploit the gay drag queen just like they did Matthew Shepperd (who despite everything you heard and read, was not killed because he was gay). But wait this guy is Black so I could be wrong.
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Four youths were charged with a hate crime assault on a gay singer who was attacked as he left a Manhattan gay bar, police said on Sunday.
Kevin Aviance, 38, who scored No. 1 dance hits on the Billboard charts with "Da Da Din" and more recently "Alive" in 2003, was attacked late Saturday and kicked by four youths who called him "faggot."
He suffered head trauma and was in stable condition in a Manhattan hospital, where he was being treated for his injuries.
Police charged four young people aged 16 to 20 with hate crime assault and hate crime harassment. They were being held pending arraignment, police said in a statement.
Hate crime? Yeah, it's not enough to be arrested for beating a man to a pulp (and rightly so), but let's treat these kids like they're members of the KKK and charge 'em with a "hate crime".
How ridiculous.
