Midweek Potpourri

Not that I'm a big fan of the show anyway, but now that the unfunny and untalented Jon Stewart has been comfirmed as host I definitely won't be watching the Oscars this year.

I'm sure that they're probably busy thinking up a new reason why President Bush doesn't like Black people, but in the meantime can the hypocrites within the Congressional Black Caucus please tell us why they have yet to distribute over $400,000 in Hurricane Katrina relief funds?

-
a Lesbian couple can't adopt a kid. Good. Morals, what's in the best interest of the child and sexual deviance do not mix.

CaribPundit is endorsing a
petition calling for the U.S. to stop providing aid to Egypt and its corrupt government. I signed it and so should you.

A
second NBC affiliate has decided to not show the network's controversial, conservative/religion-bashing "The Book of Daniel". Here's hoping that more will follow.

- Mahndisa's back, feeling better and provides an
introspective look at capitalism.

In 2000, the
Florida Supreme Court tried to illegally hand Al Gore the position of President of the United States, thanks to Sandra Day O'Connor, they failed. Last year the court listened to liberals and killed Terri Schiavo. Now the Leftist court gets a bit of revenge against President Bush by stopping his brothers' state school voucher program.

The
Clinton's remain corrupt. It's not a right-left thing. It's just who they are.
